I completely understand. We do the same

It's been April in the past and last year mid May.

Just start keeping a look out for it between April and May

I entirely understand.

We booked our South America January 2017 trip in May 2015 on the first day of release. We got the cabin we wanted and actually the price never went below the launch price for our particular category of cabin.

I'm waiting too as I want to book the South Pacific 28 day cruise LA return for early 2019. Fingers crossed!
