dotsofunn Posted March 23, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 23, 2018 My husband and I are taking a Pacific Coastal cruise on Celebrity in September that begins in Seattle and ends in Vancouver. Our last port is Victoria, BC on the day before we end the cruise in Vancouver. We would like to disembark early in Victoria and spend a few days exploring Victoria since we have been to Vancouver many times. Does anyone have experience doing this and how do I go about getting permissions to disembark early? Thanks of any help.
dotsofunn Posted March 23, 2018 Author #2 Share Posted March 23, 2018 I tried calling the number that Celebrity posted on their FAQ about Early disembarkation 800-256-6649 (which is to parent co. Royal Caribbean). RC then transferred me back to Celebrity who then gave me the same 800 number that I had just called RC......run around it what I am getting! 1025cruise Posted March 23, 2018 #3 Share Posted March 23, 2018 You might try posting on the other Canada board. This is for the eastern side.
Rare Keith1010 Posted March 24, 2018 #4 Share Posted March 24, 2018 I believe on the Celebrity board someone gave you an e-mail for this. I would followup on that. I would call Celebrity and ask for a supervisor and tell them you have been given the run around. You need to get the confirmation in writing. I know this is frustrating but as I've mentioned rules change all the time so you need confirmation for your cruise. Good luck with all of this.
