Unable to prebook cabin

I have just made a booking for the Greek Mystique cruise on Celebration for September next year. I tried to pre-book a cabin but was told the cabins are not available for booking.

I have been on about 10 Tui/ Marella cruises and have always booked over a year in advance to pre-book the cabin I want and have never had any problem. Is this a new rule ?? I asked when they would become available to book and she didn't know.

I thought this was the reason to book early to choose the cabin I wanted. Has anybody else experienced this ??

Has anybody got a phone number or email address that I can complain to. Many thanks

Never known this before we've booked cabins 18months before regularly!!

So have we only suggestion is try calling again you will at least get a second opinion.

Thanks Pensionercruiser, I did what you said and phoned again and managed to book the cabin I wanted, I told the operator what I experienced before and she apologised but could not explain why I was told no cabins were available. In future if I get a negative response from the operators I will try again on a different day and time
