Freckles49 Posted September 28, 2016 #1 Share Posted September 28, 2016 Hi Weve not sailed Royal Caribbean before but have done many sailings on Azamara, and 2 in Aqua on Celebrity. On Celebrity the suite guests had their own restaurant. Is this the case for a Junior Suite on Legend of the Seas. I would really appreciate any information on this grade of cabin and the perks that go with it before I book. Thanks Jen
Paulxyz2004 Posted September 28, 2016 #2 Share Posted September 28, 2016 Bigger cabin, double C&A Points, that´s about it.
knittinggirl Posted September 28, 2016 #3 Share Posted September 28, 2016 No special dining room. I don't think the GS and up get a special dining room, except sometimes for breakfast. Also, priority boarding, tea kettle and coffee pot, better toiletries.
Beachin2 Posted September 28, 2016 #4 Share Posted September 28, 2016 Be very careful with your cabin selection - specifically what is close above you. Our experience in a JS on this ship (for 28 nights) was less than pleasant, unless you enjoy the deck cleaning crew literally throwing the loungers across the deck over your bed in the wee hours each morning. We thought we would be clear of any deck noise - but those guys sure could toss a lounger a long way! First cruise we were ever glad to be over so we could get a good night's sleep. forkcreek Posted September 28, 2016 #5 Share Posted September 28, 2016 When booking on this ship, keep in mind it is the smallest of the RCCL fleet, and as such lacks many things normally seen on RCCL ships. Also, it has been sold to a UK Co (Thompson) and will go to them in spring of 2017. Honestly, for your first RCCL cruise, I would suggest another ship. If you still want the Legend, go for the JS to have cabin space.
