I am going to bet they have a pretty standard schedule they use for every cruise, in every departure port.

Welcome to Cruise Critic Gentleman of Verona.

I would suggest arriving at the cruise pier by around 10:30 am before it gets too crowded.

European ports usually begin boarding around noon. If you get there on the earlier side you can beat the rush, find a place to sit down and be in the first group to board if you have a low boarding number.
