CHEERS! program and steakhouse on Liberty

This is my first time going on a cruise! I'm really excited!

I purchased the Cheers! program and I was wondering if I could use that at the steakhouse restaurant on Liberty?

Yes you can use Cheers at any bar on ship. Also in MDR, comedy club etc.
