Enchantment of the Seas 5 Day Western Caribbean Cruise

Hi! First time cruiser here and decided to go with a smaller ship and then go from there. My mom and I want to see the Mayan ruins in Mexico, so we chose this ship for the itinerary. It stops in Cozumel and Yucatán. Who has been on this ship? What did you think? What's the best way to buy excursions, through RCI or through private parties? Super excited for my first cruise and any insight is greatly appreciated. Thank you! Woo hoo!!

We've been on Enchantment about a half-dozen times and liked the ship very much. We were disappointed to see her move away from Port Canaveral.

Based on a sample size of exactly one, I have to say that the Enchantment is a fantastic ship, with a wonderful crew.

Ship is great. Word of advice, don't do Chenin itza from Cozumel you will just have 30 min there. Tulum is a nice day trip from Cozumel and you get about the right amount of time for a first visit, that will make you want to come back and spend more time there.

We have been on Enchantment many times, and having it move from Port Canaveral, was a sad day.

Enchantment is one of our favorite RCCL ships, the staff is wonderful and the Solarium is one of the best places on the ship.

The Park Cafe, located in the rear of the Solarium offers a quiet place to enjoy lunch on embarkation day, (if it is still open then).

Can't say enough nice things about her. Never had a bad cruise on her, and the staff has always been fabulous.
