Harmony Set Sail Pass

We completed the online checkin for our upcoming cruise. Printed luggage tags, all the credit card info and we cannot print our passes. Do we have to upload photos in order to print the passes? If not how much extra time does it take at the Port. Any help from the vast amount of experienced cruisers would help. Thank you in advance.

Must be some other reason you cannot print SetSail passes because the photos are optional. If you cannot figure it out, then call RC customer service.

If you have filled it out online, it won't add any time to your check in...they will have the info. Don't know why you can't print, tho...try another search engine....sometimes, that helps! You don't have to print anything...or even, fill out the online thing to get on the ship!

We could not print either, so we called RCCL and they told us to use Internet Explorer to access the site. Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox or every other web browser have problems according to their IT person. Once we used Internet Explorer, presto it worked.
