Are you referring to Grand Cayman Cruise Excursions - https://grandcaymancruiseexcursions.com/ ? If so, we have done the Stingray City Eco tour which was awesome. Stingray city, star beach beach and rum point. LOVED this tour. We have used this company for non-private trips on a catamaran to stingray city too and they were very good and well organized. I originally found them through this board:)

In past cruises always go to the west Seven Mile beach, Turtle farm, Hell, Sting ray, etc now For our Silhouette cruise have plans to visit the other side of the island going to the Great House of Pedro St. James and the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park
