Soda package on the Harmony OTS

I've purchased a soda package for this cruise next week. I've heard that you don't get your room key until you get to your room at 1 PM. Since I'm having lunch at the Chops Grille at 12 PM, how do I let them know that I have the soda package? Is there any documentation needed?

Show them your set sail pass and you will be fine.

The set sail pass does not mention the soda package. The sea pass card showing the soda package is in an envelope outside the cabin door.

The SetSail pass is used to pay for anything on the ship until you get your SeaPass card.

There is a barcode at the bottom. They pull up your info from that and it will show them all of the packages you have.

Yes, we had Chops for lunch embarkation day and had prepaid for the soda package. It was no problem. The soda tumblers will be waiting in your cabin. However you only need those for the freestyle soda machines.
