Bahamas vs Cozumel

Narrowed our search down to 2 ships. Carnival Elation goes to Half Moon Cay and Nassau. If we do this one we would probably go to Atlantis in Nassau, even though it is unfortunately quite pricey. The Carnival Triumph goes to Cozumel and Progreso. Asking for fellow cruiser's opinons on which itinerary to choose.

I'd take HMC and Nassau. Love both places. Cozumel is just "meh" unless you want to do something more adventurous on the mainland.

If all you want to do is lay on a beach, go to Bahamas.

If you want to do something, like visit Mayan ruins or underground rivers, or water excursions, go to Progreso and Cozumel.
