Rare Keith1010 Posted November 30, 2017 #1 Share Posted November 30, 2017 In case you didn't catch this on the news yesterday thought people would want to know. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2017-11-29/american-air-lacks-pilots-for-some-december-flights-on-it-flaw The good news is that the problem has been identified and hopefully they will work through this to avoid impact/cancellations of flights. With that said it's always a good idea to keep checking your flights after you have made reservations in-case times including connections change and you are not notified by e-mail and because of this I would check more frequently. Bodogbodog Posted December 1, 2017 #2 Share Posted December 1, 2017 Rather than being alarmist about things here’s an alternative report @ https://www.travelagentcentral.com/transportation/american-airlines-no-cancellations-from-holiday-scheduling-glitch? Rare Keith1010 Posted December 1, 2017 Author #3 Share Posted December 1, 2017 No one is panicked, but people need to be aware. Hopefully there won't be cancellations but as some say "time will tell".
