Eurodam Pinnacle Suite

We are in the Pinnacle Suite for an Alaska cruise. I know there will be a concierge to help us but not sure what they will do. Do we need to make our reservations for the specialty restaurants or do they do that for us after we board? What else can they help us with? Any help will be appreciated.

Yes, they can make dining reservations or you can make them online or by calling the dine line. Essentially, they can do anything that you would normally visit passenger service for. When we wanted room service, they ordered it for us. (Don't forget to tip.) I would suggest you discuss what they can and cannot do when you first board.

The staff in the Neptune Lounge is effectively your front desk for everything. You don't need Guest Services, Shore Ex, Spa, Dining, etc... you just need them. They're a valuable and convenient resource and it saves you a BUNCH of time standing in lines at the various spots.
