Genie Switch Less Than Two Weeks Before

Hello. We had been speaking to Daniel via email for a couple of weeks, now Lisa has assumed being our Genie on our upcoming Harmony sailing.

Does anyone have insight on why the switch? Has anyone had Lisa as a Genie on Harmony before?

Lisa may have a story for you about the switch - not sure anyone on CC would.

There are several situations that can cause that to happen: genie going on vacation, genies being switched to accomodate several sky suites that are booked together, a genie being requested by someone who is very “special” for some reason or another, a short notice switch to another ship, etc.

If you are curious, ask your genie once you are on board.

OP--How was your cruise with Lisa the new genie?

Thanks for asking. Lisa was awesome and much better than the genie I recently had on Anthem. She certainly enhanced our experience.
