Hey guys, I was just wondering, we are sailing on the Liberty soon, here's my question. What kind of slot machines are there? Nickles, pennies, quarters, etc and do they actually accept change? DH was contemplating carrying a couple rolls of change in his carry-on and I wanted to make sure it wouldn't be a waste of his time :) TIA!

Don't carry change...carry bills...the machines do take change, but bills don't weigh anything...and they will accept dollars! If you decide not to continue to play that machine, cash out....it will spit out either coin or "ticket-out"...much cleaner than coins!

And yes, they have all denominations of slot machines.:)

All denominations of machines, no coins accepted and the machines no longer spit out tickets. Any winnings, or anything left on the machine when you finish will go on your sail and sign card, the staff will help you setup your password and you can cash your winnings with the sail and sign card at the slot cashier window. In addition you can put money into the machine off your sail and sign card once you have set it up, either from what is in your casino portion or from your actual sail and sign account. Much easier and safer than the paper system.

There are even some really fun penny slot machines.

The slot machines have never had ticket cash outs....they use to be all coin cash outs. Now you upload your winnings on your sail and sign card.

The machines do not take coins however they will take bills.

You need to set up your sail and sign card. Every machine will have instructions on how to do this. Real simple. You can use your card to download money from your sail and sign account and upload your winning to you players bank account. However remember the players bank account is separate so you need to take you card to the cashier to collect your winnings.

Use your sail and sign card like you would a players club card and for every thousand points you will get $10 free play.....and now they are saying for every 1,500 points you will get free drinks......that I will believe when I see it LOL! Just make friends with the casino host and they will more then likely comp you drinks.....it works for us....
