The name of the piazza in the video is Piazza del Plebiscito, the domed building in the background is the basilica San Francesco, the building on the opposite side of the piazza is the Palazzo Reale (where you can visit the royal apartments).

Just FYI, the fixed fare for a round trip taxi from Naples to Pompei (with a two hour stop at the ruins) is only 100 euro. If you want to stay longer than two hours the additional fare is 22,50 euro per hour for waiting.
