Which night for Chef's Dinner?

We are taking a Princess Cruise from Whittier to Vancouver. We are thinking about signing up for the Chef's Table Dinner and were wondering what is the best night to do this?

On a 7 day cruise it is usually done only one night and you won't know in advance (or at least we haven't the 3 times we've done it) which night. You'll be informed if you made the cut plus the day, time and location of the dinner a day or two into the cruise.

You don’t get to pick the night but if you get chosen to attend and you don’t like the night you could decline it

I'm pretty sure it's on Night 5 of the cruise which is Juneau. Other nights are glacier cruising or ports until late. Juneau is also a formal night as I remember.
