Back in 2010, while we were in Grand Cayman, Arielle asked me if I would buy her the hat she modeled at a souvenir shop. I said no with the usual answer “maybe next time” Well this happened to be the next time.

Mr. Sancho’s all-inclusive was well worth the $50 per person. We tried just about everything they had on the cocktail menu and even some that weren’t along with a few beers. We had breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. I calculated that just the food alone exceeded the entrance fee.

Upon our return to the port we browsed around the shops for a while.

You must go through the Dufry duty free shop when exiting and returning to the pier.

As soon as we got back on the ship we all took a nap. We skipped the dining room and had a light meal on the Lido deck.

The only thing Tracy and I did for evening entertainment was to go see the comedian Happy Cole in the Victoria Lounge. We had seen him on a previous cruise and really liked him.

Omg...good thing you work out. Can't imagine the upper body strength needed to pull yourself out of the water on those toys. Looks like fun though.

Great review...going on the Liberty in 6 months but Eastern route. :D

Thanks, unless your a kid it's a workout to get up these things.

Ok, you've convinced me to do Mr. Sanchos when we go in March! Do you feel it was worth the $50pp for all you ate and drank?

Sent from my SPH-D710 using Forums mobile app

Absolutely. All 4 of us did exceed $50 in what we received. I calculated my bill alone would have been over $135 and that's not counting the use of the lounge bed, the snorkeling equipment, etc.

How deep is the water where you were playing in Cozmuel? Gad I can't believe hardly anyone was there.

For the structures closer the shore the water was about waist deep but the ones further out, the water was above our heads.

I always enjoy your reviews and this one has started out great! I love Mr. Sanchos--we've been 3 times and have never been disappointed. I'm looking forward to reading about the rest of your family's adventures. Thanks!

Thanks Beachlover1964, glad you like it. Mike

Great review thank-you !!! you said you go to the steak house on the first night all the time is there a reason? or just your preference ?

A couple of reasons, the free bottle of wine and the fact that the steakhouse is not busy on the first night.
