Specialty Dining Plans on Sky

I want to do the 3 meal plan, which pre-cruise is about $82 (my understanding is this includes the gratuity). I do not see a different price listed for on board purchase. Does anyone know the price if purchased on board? I'd rather use my OBC to purchase, unless there is a substantial difference.

Question 2- can I use OBC to pay for DSC?

2. Your OBC is just that. It is a credit to your onboard account when you embark. If you charge your non-discounted SDP to your onboard account, the credit applies.
