Need help on Best Scotch shopping

looking for help on where is the best place to purchase scotch. Our cruise changed due to the devistation and we are now going to Island I’m not familiar with shopping for scotch. We are going to Martinique, St. Kitts, St. Lucia & St. Thomas.

Plenty of stores in port area.

we found St Kitts to have good liquor prices at the port

I am not a scotch drinker so I am doing this by memory.

Not to St. Lucia for sure.

Ok for St. Thomas.

St. Kitts was a good one from what I remember.

You can bring back more if you buy them in St. Thomas. The rules are odd but I think you can bring back 5 liters of alcohol purchased in St. Thomas so long as one is a USVI product. That would be 4 Whisky, 1 Rum I'd suggest going to the Customs and Boarder Protection website for specifics
