calteacher Posted February 19, 2018 #1 Share Posted February 19, 2018 Our scheduled time is 1 pm. If we arrive at the port early, will we be allowed to check in or will we be required to just sit and wait until the time listed? We are really interested in obtaining a pass for the thermal pool so want to check in as early as possible.
Rare Copper10-8 Posted February 19, 2018 #2 Share Posted February 19, 2018 As a rule, HAL check-in begins at 1130
Krazy Kruizers Posted February 19, 2018 #3 Share Posted February 19, 2018 We usually arrive at the port around 10:30, go through security and then check in. Boarding the ship usually starts around 11:30 -- and cabins are usually ready by that time so that you can drop off your carry ons and etc. and do whatever you want to do. Once you’re checked in, then you’ll wait to be called to board. Once you board, then you can go anywhere you want...including the spa to purchase your Thermal Suite pass. That is exactly the first thing we do once onboard. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Dhodgson-6 Posted February 21, 2018 #5 Share Posted February 21, 2018 We are taking my husbands 80 yr. old parents on HAL from Seward to Vancouver and are SO overwhelmed by all this cruise talk! Excited though. What is the Thermal Suite Pass you speak of?
