C at Sea on Navigator

We usually sail on Celebrity, where computers and iPads are sold in their ‘C at Sea’ on board shop.

We are sailing on Navigator in October and wondered if RCCL had a similar shop.

My husband should really replace his iPad, as he cannot now upgrade to IOS 11.

Living in UK, a ship is the best place to buy new as :

1) No V.A.T ( purchase tax)

2) If the $_£ rate is favourable.

I noticed yesterday that the exchange rate is at last in our favour, the first time since our Brexit vote in June 2016.

Nothing similar on Royal.
