Our cruise leaves at 8pm what's open on-board until then?

Hi been looking at southampton departures as see our cruise leaves at 8 pm. What is available before sailing.Are last sailing was 4.30pm

I know the buffet is open that's where we eat most times.

what happens with the shows that night? And other entertainments venues?

The bars will be open and there is always some entertainment the first evening.

Everything is open apart from the shops and casino.

The main restaurants will also be open in the evening. The first day goes really quick what with unpacking, attending muster drill, having a wonder around the ship, going to dinner, then a show, drink in the bar, husband goes to the casino and then off to bed and relax you are cruising.
