What day is elegant night on 3-day imagination cruise

My family and I will be doing a short 3-day sailing on the Imagination next week and I was wondering if anyone knew what Day elegant night was on? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

No lobster but the scallop appetizer is very good. The seafood ravioli is good (I don’t care for vodka sauce.)
