Gym fitness classes on Silhouette?

Are there any free cardio type workout classes on Silhouette, please? Not interested in stretching, flat abs, etc., just cardio or mixed workout as boot camp.

I haven't been on the Silhouette but have been on most other X ships & haven't noticed any free cardio classes. As you said, mostfree morning classes are stretch or ab classes. I have seen a free Zumba class early on many cruises but after the first it is a fee class.
