Reserving Specialty Dining in Cruise Planner - No Kids Price?

I want to take advantage of a deal in my cruise planner ($25/night for Giovanni's) but it wants to charge all adults and kids the same price, I thought kids were cheaper? How do I get the kid's price?

They will give you OBC for the difference between the kid's price and regular price once you have dinner.

Last I saw it was $10.

I would also check with the waiter because they are supposed to charge kid's price only if the children order off the kid's menu.

The children's price was $10 on HOTS.

I called RCI to reserve 2 specialty resturants for the same reason, as Bob said you will get the difference in OBC, ask the waiter or go to customer service, RCI told me kids under 5 free and 6-12 half price on the HOTS.
