IslandThyme Posted March 5, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 5, 2018 Does anyone know what changes are scheduled for the Amsterdam in her upcoming dry dock? I know that some lanai cabins are planned, but that's all that I've been able to find.
Tampa Girl Posted March 5, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 5, 2018 I only know that the library will stay but apparently with fewer books. Doesn't that make sense?? The ship that does the longest cruises and the Seattle group thinks it's o.k. to force passengers to bring their reading material. Think we had better browse the used book stores before we leave Seattle, Island Thyme.

AtlantaCruiser72 Posted March 23, 2018 #4 Share Posted March 23, 2018 I am wondering if in this drydock she will lose the original configuration of the Casino Bar, Amstel Cafe/Rembrandt Lounge (Piano Bar) and have them morphed into MIX like the rest of the fleet, or if the existing spaces will just be refreshed with new carpets/fabric, etc. I'm hoping Amsterdam don't have too many physical changes made and mostly just a refresh of carpets/fabrics updating her decor and making it more cohesive.
