Question about mini-suites

On the Dawn, Escape, Gem, or Pearl specifically:

Do the mini suites have a curtain you can pull across to separate the bed from the living area? We had that in our recent SF suite on the Dawn and loved that feature, since we had our toddler in the pack n play in the living area.

(And yes, I understand the mini suite is really just a glorified balcony cabin and doesnt come w suite perks!)

The Dawn mini-suites did in 2013, not sure if the recent refurb changed that. The Escape mini-suites do not have a curtain.

Our mini-suit on Jade had a curtain. Good size cabin too.

Just bring a couple of magnetic hooks since the ceiling is also made of metal and a dark shower curtain and make your own room divider so to speak

Along these lines... how can you tell if the bed or sofa is next to the balcony in these cabins? Any markers on deck plans? Or am I better off looking for actual videos of specific staterooms?

I know, we travel with young kids and much prefer having the curtain! On the Dawn and Jewel class ships all balcony and mini suite rooms have the sofa next to the balcony.
