clbl99 Posted October 2, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 2, 2017 We are cruising next week with a 9 month old. Some say they will puree food for the baby-others say no. He hasn't started table food yet due to some stomach issues. Has anyone sailed lately that can confirm one way or the other? I am taking sheets for the pack n play. I guess the water is fine. Umbrella stroller. Plenty of diapers and food. A few toys. Blow up tub and collapsible bucket. Plastic shoe box and small dish soap to wash bottles. Any other suggestions? gymbomb Posted October 3, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 3, 2017 Disposable bibs and extra spoons in case you forget a couple at meals. We like the take n toss ones. We reuse them, but no big deal if one gets left behind. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
cb at sea Posted October 3, 2017 #3 Share Posted October 3, 2017 There are lots of "mashable" foods....stuff like eggs, applesauce, potatoes, oatmeal, bananas, etc....things like that shouldn't need to be "pureed"..... I think it depends on the cruise line, whether they will puree something for your little one. There are baby food grinders...handheld....so you could bring one, and simply puree your own table food for baby. Yes...the water is fine!
Kerry's Girls Posted October 3, 2017 #4 Share Posted October 3, 2017 Throwaway bibs and placemats. I liked the toys that have plastic links to clip to the high chair so you don't have to keep diving under the table for toys. Any meds you might need and a thermometer. Always lots of mashable foods you can do yourself. There's always soup and the soup contents are always mushy. Have fun!
