Looks like tropical Storm Erika may hav a big impact on our Labor Day cruise to the Bahamas on the Majesty. We're supposed to be in Nassau on Tuesday and that when Erika is supposed to be there. ERIKA - go away!!!

Last I heard Erika was only a tropical depression and a very weak one at that...winds 25 mph. So unless something has happened very recently like the last few hours, I think you do not have to worry. Enjoy your cruise!

I live in Florida and our local weather guys said it should be close to fizzling out by Sunday. Best wishes for great weather!

We're on that trip also. I went to our pilot's weather room for an update (I work for an airline) and it looks like what's going to be left of Erika will blow north/ northeast. We sould be fine. :o

Same here, I was a little worried, but the 2pm update has it going due West now and I think it will pass over Hispaniola and Cuba breaking completely up! CROSS YOUR FINGERS!;)

Don't worry. Tropical Depression Erika is likely to just dissipate over Hispanolia. Have fun on your cruise!
