room under nightclub/loune on NOS

Recommended Posts

I have a family of three and we have two connecting rooms right under Boleros on the Navigator. My kids are ages 8,8, and 13. I am a light saleeper. Do you think that the noise from above will be an issue? Or will it even be noticeable. These rooms are on the third floor aft right near the elevators.

You may be fine, but if it were me, I would see if there were other cabins available. I have read several reports of people hearing noise if they had cabins above or below clubs, lounges, etc.. I am a light sleeper as well and always choose a cabin well away from entertainment venues. Good Luck!

We;ll be inder the casino on our next cruise. I'm planning on bringing a box of those rubber like earplugs that expand in your ear to keep out all the noise

Good luck!

Did your travel agent recommend these cabins? ?
If so, strange. Most times a good travel agent will warn against cabins under the clubs, disco and buffet areas. Buffet starts setting up at about 5:00 AM and of course the clubs/discos are active till very late. I would certainly opt for a better location. The elevators shouldn't be a problem.

My travel agent was working within my budget and did say where they were and the drawbacks. For only a little more, we have a balcony room on the 6th floor, with an inside cabin right across gauranteed. We will utilize the baby monitor I have heard works.

I think this is so much better a deal in the long run.
