I don't think any Carnival ship offers lunch in the MDR on embarkation day and Carnival Dream is no exception.

I wish Carnival would find another color than orange for the sofas in the cabins. It's very tired and 1970's.

I was thinking that myself. I'm all excited to be on a brand new ship, but then I realize that once we're in the room it looks pretty much exactly like every other ship! That's one of the things that makes me want to consider another line. After this many Carnival cruises, a change of pace might be a nice thing. Then again, I'd probably miss so many things about Carnival, it would end up not being as fun!
