Who gets the baggage fees????

It will depend on which three carriers you are using..Check their websites for luggage fees...Yes, you will have to pay each of them for whatever their fees are....Check with expedia to see if you can pay them online in advance...if not you will have to pay baggage fees when you check in for flight...

1) you don't pay the online travel agency, you pay the airline when you check in, usually online saves a few dollars.

 

2) generally you pay the fee to the first airline you check in with in each direction. Most airlines have agreements with other airlines to check your luggage through. Check with your airline(s) to see if they have agreements with each other. And if so, be sure to have your first airline check your luggage through. Get to the airport extra early to have plenty of time to make this happen.
