thompsongunner06 Posted January 7, 2010 #2 Share Posted January 7, 2010 Our 1st time was great,,,the steam saunas were big and you could look out at the ocean. The crew was very nice to us,,,we are low maintenance so we dont bother the room staff too much. Dinners were nice,,I could do with less dancing and singing ,,they are busy enough getting the food out! We will be on it next sunday,,,when are you going? MamaParrotHead Posted January 7, 2010 #5 Share Posted January 7, 2010 Loved everything about the Glory, our favorite cruise to date. See my detailed review by following the link below in my siggy. I'd be happy to answer any questions.
SkyMaster Posted January 7, 2010 #6 Share Posted January 7, 2010 We've done "Glory" three or four times, and it's always been GREAT! The ship is in very good shape, the crew very good, the entertainment super, and the food excellent. IMO "Glory" is the bargain ship right now, since they moved it to Miami from Port Canaveral. Book her with confidence..... "SKY"
gazingm42 Posted January 7, 2010 #7 Share Posted January 7, 2010 We loved the Glory its a very nice ship and crew when we sailed in June 09. We will be on her again in March 10. She will be going into drydoc for 2 weeks in about 4 weeks. We really enjoy the layout of this class ship and look forward again to sail.
k2 Posted January 7, 2010 #8 Share Posted January 7, 2010 Anyone know what will be done in drydock? Just a facelift or major updates?
Indiansbaseball Posted January 7, 2010 #9 Share Posted January 7, 2010 Sailed Glory in March of 09 and am sailing her again Feb 28-March 7th. Loved it !! Western the first time, eastern this time... My PVP said they would determine what all she got when she went into drydock.... carpet if needed... etc. The big screen should be fun. Enjoy her if you choose her. kennym0919 Posted January 8, 2010 #10 Share Posted January 8, 2010 We just got back from the New Year's cruise on the Glory. Very good ship, food was great, service was terrific. We had one or 2 bumps in the road, but not even close enough to affect my recommendation. All around a good experience.
