Are off the menu Food Items Available?

Might it be possible to order certain items that may not be on the menu? One particular interest of mine: are smoked haddock (finnan haddie) and kippers (kipperd herring)-- favorites of the British--available for breakfast either in the buffet or dining room? These items were available on Cunard but I don't see them on sample Princess menus. Thanks.

I was just on the Sapphire Princess last week and they had both items in the Horizon Court buffet. I think that I only saw each of them only a time or two, not every day but they were definitely there.

Doesn't hurt to ask when you get onboard, just don't be too upset if they say no.

If you want something ask. The worst is they will say they don't have it.

There are many times if you request something different in the dining room, if they don't have it at the moment, they will try to have it for you the next day. Just make sure if you make a request that you show up as promised. ;) Good Luck!
