Canadian Citizen driving to port - help with forms

OK, so we decided to take a week and drive down the coast stopping to see friends along the way to Miami.

 

Trying to fill out our documents but the computer won't let me past the first page where you put in flying out immediately after cruise / destination address since our destination is not in the US...

 

any body been in this situation before? What do i put in?

I think we sort of ran in to this last time. Are you stopping somewhere overnight on the way home, if so just use that address.

We had this problem in august, i called and they told me to put the address of the port. Just call carnival 1-800 they will give you the address.
