*Mach* Posted February 3, 2010 #2 Share Posted February 3, 2010 You can get wifi in your cabin. There's a one time $3.95 account set up fee and a per minute charge of $.75/minute without a plan. You can purchase a block of 100 minutes for $55 or 250 minutes for $100. The connection is slow so try connecting in the early morning or late in the evening when there are fewer users logged on. http://www.carnival.com/CMS/FAQs/On_Board_Internet_Cafes.aspx :)

salty dingo Posted February 3, 2010 #4 Share Posted February 3, 2010 If you can wait until you get to a port, you can usually find an internet connection nearby, for a tiny fraction of the cost and with a lot more speed. Consider downloading everything you can just before you leave or right after you get back. It really stinks to have to work or study while on a cruise! azbaby8062 Posted February 3, 2010 #5 Share Posted February 3, 2010 I would try to get as much of the assignment completed off line and cut and paste it from a word document if possible. This way you are not on line as much. My BF did this during our cruise this past summer.
