Room Location

I am thinking about getting a room across from the laundry room. Can someone who has stayed in one of these rooms tell me if it was noisy or not? I am wondering because we will have a 2.5 year old who will hopefully be taking naps.

I was almost next door, only a tiny storage cabinet between me and the laundry room and I didnt hear it. I think it depends on your fellow pax. Some said people were in the hallways talking, especially on formal night who were using the laundry, and some are quiet.

 

Like being by the elevator, its not noisy, but a drunk getting off may be.

I think we were cross, or pert near across, from the laundry room on the Victory. I hardly noticed it. At that time we had a 6 month old, 3 and 5 yo and no one was disturbed.

We were directly across from the laundry on the Miracle. I loved it being so close. No noise at all. We were on an 8 day and if more than a few people even used it besides me I never heard them.

We were directly across from it on the Legend. Never heard a thing even during some afternoon napping.

The only thing to considered is you can get traffic issues on formal night or

last day at sea...

 

However never had a noise issue ourselves.
