wild hogs Posted April 6, 2010 #1 Share Posted April 6, 2010 I am new to cruise critic but I have been reading posts for years and I decided to get on. Can you give me information on rooms 2342 and 2346. The are under the Golden resteraunt. Should I try for different rooms? Please advise?

NCTribeFan Posted April 7, 2010 #3 Share Posted April 7, 2010 Actually, I was in 2342 on Glory. It was a wonderful cabin! Great location. Just take the foward stairs/elevator to get to the theatre/shopping/lobby/Golden DR and go back to the aft staircase for the Lido buffet and the Platinum DR. Couldn't even tell we were moving in that cabin (I have motion issues). I sail with my DD, so that's why the beds were separated. Almost forgot to take photos. Took these just before we disembarked. wild hogs Posted April 8, 2010 Author #4 Share Posted April 8, 2010 Thanks for the information but we changed rooms yesterday to a connecting inside room on the upper deck. I hope these rooms are ok. They are over the casino so I am not sure.
bbwex Posted April 8, 2010 #5 Share Posted April 8, 2010 I cannot speak specifically about these cabins, but other than a music venue, it is generally better to be over some activity center than below it. Most of the cabins are fairly well sound-proofed, and I would think that the casino is a decent area to be over. Certainly there won't be any noise early in the morning, and being above it should be fine in the evening. I would agree though that you will get a faster, more precise answer on the line's boards rather than this general one.
