...Excursion before I get on the ship. I am waiting to hear back from Caribbean Helicopter whether or not I will be doing the Montserrat Helicopter Tour in Antigua. But if that falls through, what's the latest I can book an excursion through Carnival for something else(I'd rather do it before I get on the ship)? Thanks!
