How can you tell if...

Last week I received $84 OBC and then later last week I put in for an additional $60 OBC because our cabin dropped again. Does anyone know how I can "double check" to make sure that I really do have an OBC????

Log into your booking on the Carnival website, then look under the "modify booking" option/tab.

Okay, I feel really stupid, but I did log onto my booking and I cannot find a "modify booking" tab. I'm sorry for being such a pain, but I really can't find it.:eek:

Log in to Carnival. Click on "My Cruise." Then click on "View Cruise Details."

Then on left side of screen, click on "Manage Booking" and then "Modify Booking." Scroll to the end & you can see the Onboard Credit.

If you booked thru a TA the modify booking on the drop down will not be there. Did you book direct or thru a TA?

If you can get to "view documents" (if paid in full), second to last page on the right hand side 2/3 way to the top you should see any OBC.
