Javacruiser Posted May 20, 2010 #1 Share Posted May 20, 2010 Just got my postcard with the special Grazie promotion that has been mentioned on these threads. Apparently I did spend too much time in the casino on our cruise in January. Would like to know if the promo has any catches I need to be concerned about and if the details on my card are typical. If somebody who has gone on the promo could advise: 1. Are there hidden room charges or are the rooms totally free (Taxes, resort fees, etc.) 2. How do they work the match play..... Do you have to gamble a certain amount to be able to cash them out?...... Is the entire amount usable for your choice or do they make you use portions on certain games? (It does say I have to use it for EITHER slot credits OR Table play & not a mix. 3. Are the dining credits true "credits" or do you have to spend a certain amount over the credit or some other limitation. 4. I have heard that they will tend to offer other perks when you are there.... is this correct? My offer card says I get the following: 2-4 complimentary nights in a Venetian Rialto Suite or Palazzo Fortuna Suite $750 in slot credits or table match play $100 in dining credits at 10 restaurants (I assume this is $100 total & not each) 3 month upgrade to Grazie Gold status Any info from anybody who has used this promotion would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks! We have not used it yet but wanted to let you know we got ours in the mail a couple of days ago. My DH had never heard of the Grazie promotiion as his is Total Rewards, so he called and our offer is similar to yours. The slot credits are on selected machines only. The dining credit is total not per person. He booked ours at the Venetian for 4th of July weekend! They said most dates are still open. Good luck! Traveler353 Posted May 20, 2010 #4 Share Posted May 20, 2010 I get the offer at least once a month. I live in a Casino town so I toss them in the circular file.
islandwannabee Posted May 20, 2010 #5 Share Posted May 20, 2010 Just returned from 5 days in Las vegas staying at the Venetian. The whole time my dh kept saying we should have went on a cruise instead. I think we are addicted to cruising and no other vacation can measure up, in our eyes.
