Splendor or Explorer

Recommended Posts

Go with the Explorer. The experience of sailing on a Voyager class ship is unlike any other ship.

You can't even compare the 2. The Explorer is fantastic. The Splendour has it's own unique beauty.

I sailed on Splendour and it's a beautiful ship
but it depends on what you want from you cruise.

Splendor has two very nice pools(one with retractable roof), climbing wall and mini golf. It's beautifull atrium and glass elevators.

Explorer has skating rink and many other things not available on Splendour. But it also has 3000+ passengers!!!

I think you can get better price for Splendour cruise.

I've never been on the Splendor but am just back from the Explorer. Great ship! The ship was completely full but except for embarkation you didn't really notice that there were 3400 passengers.

I've sailed on both ships. It depends on what you're looking for with the "feel" of the ship. The E is more like a resort with lots and lots of different stuff to do. The S is more like a traditional cruise experience. They are both beautiful ships, but the S is about half the size of the E.

So, a little less hectic would be the S; a little more busy and active would be the E.

We loved both ships.
