Ft. Lauderdale hotel near beach

I know this may have asked a 1000 times but we are flying into Ft Lauderdale pre-cruise 2 days prior and we're looking for a hotel that has a shuttle at the airport, shuttle to the cruise part and not too far from the beach. Too much to ask:confused:

I do not believe any of the main hotels on or across from Ft.Lauderdale Beach include any free shuttles services (airport to hotel or hotel to port). That being said, taxi cabs are pretty easy to use/relatively cheap in Ft. Lauderdala area.

 

For hotels on/across from beach, we like Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Beach (formerly the Yankee Clipper), Marriott Courtyard Fort Lauderdale beach, Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach, Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach or W Fort Lauderdale Beach. Our more budget choice would be Bahia Mar.

 

Harbor Beach Marriott and Lago Mar are highly rated but are a bit above my budget....

This one does not have a shuttle service but is a nice hotel with a great beach. It is the Lago Mar Resort.

Yes, it is too much to ask....If you stay at Hyatt Place north, you will get the shuttles and will be a few miles from the beach. You can get to the beach easily by taxi, bus, or suntrolley.
