Mixed reviews for Steak 954 in Fort Lauderdale. Have you eaten there?

We are thinking of eating at Steak 954 while staying at the "W" Fort Laud. pre-cruise. I've read very mixed reviews online... We are aspiring cookbook writers and always looking for new restaurants to try while vacationing. Any of my CC friends willing to share a personal experience at Steak 954?

Food is good. Restaurant is pretty. Bring a lot of money.

I haven't eaten there but locals are raving about it. I walked through and it was really nice. The jellyfish tank is cool. My friend was going to take me to lunch there for my birthday (she eats there all the time and is a foodie and cooks everything from scratch at home) but it was rainy out so we went to Capital Grille instead.
