Robocall from Carnival about embarkation time

Just got a robocall from Carnival "suggesting" that we arrive at the pier at 10:30 AM. Our car service pickup is currently set for 10 AM and it is usually about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic, to the city. Do we need to change our car service time or is it OK if we are there closer to 11?

You'll be fine getting there at 11. I think you have to be on the boat no later than 2pm.

Even if you are arriving at 10:45 or 11:00 you will still be early in arriving, no need to change your car time.

Ive had these calls while I was at the port wating for them to call VIP embarkation LOL!!!
