From a previous thread.

Sailing out of Sydney day or night is fabulous! Disembarking in the middle of Auckland is pretty special too..

Overseas....Shanghai or Hong Kong are out of this world! Truly amazing..can't describe haven't got the words to tell you just how special...How about some of our fabulous photographers here share their favourite photos of these ports?

A great idea RP.

I dont claim to be one of these "fabulous photographers" but I think it would be a great idea to share photos of all the ports we've sailed into and out of so others can enjoy.

I'll kick the ball off.

Sailing in and out of Hong Kong can only be described as an incredible experience.

Even the fog and smog can't spoil it entirely.

David i think it's MONTEVIDEO cheers Shiona

Spot on Shiona. Well done.

Indeed Montevideo, Uraguay. The clue being the anchor of the Graff Spe, which was sunk there during the War. You can just read the name on the plaque behind the anchor.

Thats a good bit of war history David.

Easy to read Graf Spee now you've pointed it out.

Maybe we should start a mystery "where is it?" photo thread.

Whoever wins each question gets to provide the photo and place for the next guess.

Seeing you won the first quiz Shiona, perhaps you should start it. :D:p;)
