I saw some for sale at the Straw Market in Nassau. It was at the far end, in the front, near where some guys were carving. I asked about a small one and the price was $50 but it was getting lower as I walked away. I decided I probably couldn't fit it in my luggage and had no more carry on options for my flight home.

The really good ones are very expensive, but the little ones, about 4" high are around $25 dollars or so. Look on e-bay to get an idea of what they look like. We wanted to get our son one last year (he is the drum line section leader at his HS and plays in a jazz and punk band). It is a big investment, but sooooo coooool!! If you find a bargain, please let us know.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions, even the one who somehow thought I was technically creative .
If I find a bargain I will be sure to share it when I get back. Only three more months to wait.
