2Seawithme, celebrity used to serve sweetbreads in the MDR as an appetizer. Unfortunately, with menu changes in2009 it was taken off. Now the only way you can get it is in the specialty restaurant. At least that was the case on the Summit this past Jan.

Darn! Oh well, We have a good butcher I can always make them at home. :)
