Does anyone know who is currently onboard the Shadow as Maitre D'hotel and Hotel Director? Is David the cruise consultant? Helmut and Gilbert????

Do you mean David is the Cruise Consultant or Cruise Director? (Hoping for David Lawton as Cruise Director in a couple of weeks.)

Hi Patty,

Just received an email from Ricardo Dotti, the exec chef onboard. Gilbert left for vacation this weekend! He won't be back until after Christmas. I would imagine that Marcello will be the Maitre'D but Ricardo didn't say. Either way, you are in the best of hands, and you DO have the best SS chef (imo) Cheers!
